Shimano SH-IC100 High-Performance Indoor Cycling Shoe

The SH-IC100 (IC1) is an Indoor Cycling Specific Shoe, a high-performing shoe made especially to boost your indoor cycling workouts. It features a versatile 5-Hole Outsole, compatible with both SPD / 2-hole and SPD-SL / 3-hole cleats and clip-in pedals (cleats not included). The efficient Power Transfer, thanks to the stiff sole and snug fit, transfers your power straight to the pedals. The Firm and Comfortable Fit is achieved through a single strap that crosses the mid part of your foot for a secure hold, and the adaptable arch support provides a customized fit. Designed to Handle the Heat, the upper part of the shoe is made from breathable mesh for superior ventilation.

Machine Wash the product for care. The shoe is of Imported Origin, with a Rubber Sole material and Mesh Outer material.

When selecting the correct size shoe, measure each foot in cm and use the larger foot for sizing. For wide feet, choose a wide model or go 1-2 sizes larger. A proper fit is snug, supports the arch, and allows slight toe movement. Excessive heel slippage indicates sizing issues, so check seams, straps, and folds for comfort.

A cycling shoe's sole is engineered to support your foot in a stable position and distribute pressure from the pedal with little flex while pedaling, hence it does not flex like most footwear when you walk in them.
